The non-profit organization Partnership Support Center (PSC) announced the 9th Japan Partnership Grand Prize at Chukyo University's Nagoya Campus on December 1, 2012, and the Mago Cosme Project won the grand prize. The project is a partnership between the non-profit organization Well-being, which is run by Ouka High School students in Taki Town, Mie Prefecture, two local businesses (Bankyo Pharmaceutical Co. and Ouka Food Net), and Taki Town.

When Well-being and Bankyo jointly developed and started selling Magokoro brand skin-care products using local products, the story moved the company's clients to develop this partnership project, which aims to benefit Taki Town.

The PSC was established in 1998 with the mission of promoting partnerships between NPOs and businesses. A Partnership Grand Prize was founded in 2002. Six of 33 projects applying from all over Japan passed the preliminary review and gave final presentations at the 9th award ceremony. In addition to the grand prize, the partnership prize was presented to five projects and the special prize was awarded to two projects.
